test(github): add tests for all exported methods in methods.go

Tests cover: GetPullRequest, GetPullRequestDiff, GetPullRequestFiles,
GetCommitStatuses, GetFileContent, GetFileContentRef, ListContents,
ListContents(dot), PostReview (APPROVED→APPROVE normalization), ListReviews,
GetAuthenticatedUser, RequestReviewer, EditComment, ListReviewComments,
DeleteReview, GetAllFilesInPath, ResolveComment (no-op),
GetTimelineReviewCommentIDForReview (pass-through).
