aweiker	d0b7f09772	feat(github): implement PRReader interface (#80) ... Implement PRReader conformance on the GitHub client: GetPullRequest, GetPullRequestDiff, GetPullRequestFiles (paginated, populates Patch), GetCommitStatuses (merges commit statuses + check runs).
